  • Tai Chi

  • Qi Gong

    Qi Gong is an ancient practice focused on cultivating and balancing your body’s energy, or Qi. Through mindful movement, controlled breathing, and meditation, Qi Gong promotes physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional calm. Book a class to experience a renewed sense of energy and harmony.

  • Ba Duan Jing

    Also known as the “Eight Brocades,” Ba Duan Jing is a classic form of Qi Gong that focuses on eight gentle, flowing exercises to improve strength and flexibility while balancing internal energy. Schedule with us to experience a time-honored and health-enhancing practice.

  • Face Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

    Find deep relaxation and calm in our Yin Yoga class, where poses are held for extended periods to gently stretch and restore your body. Perfect for releasing tension, improving flexibility, and calming the mind, Yin Yoga is an ideal practice to unwind and reconnect.

  • Chair Yoga

    Designed for those with movement limitations, Chair Yoga offers gentle, supported poses to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Enjoy the benefits of yoga with modifications that make it accessible for all abilities.

  • Healing Sound Bath

    Experience the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls in our Healing Sound Bath. This immersive sound therapy session aligns the frequency of each chakra, promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and energetic balance. Perfect for grounding and restoring harmony.

Wednesday: Ba Duan Jing

Thursday: Face Yoga

Saturday: Qi Gong

Evening Classes: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Monday: Chair Yoga

Wednesday: Guided Meditation

Thursday: Sound Bath

Saturday: Yin Yoga

Classes are free for members, $45 drop-in for non-members.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the beginning of class and ensure you have filled out your waiver through Jane prior to class starting.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours prior to class starting.

  • For Tai Chi, Ba Duan Jing, and Qi Gong, we recommend wearing comfortable, movement-friendly clothing. Feel free to wear proper Tai Chi attire if you own. We’ll also have Tai Chi outfits available for purchase at the front desk.
