Four Season Retreat Program: 2 day retreat around spring equinox, summer solstice, autumn equinox, and winter solstice. Retreat location to be announced. Price does not include cost of stay.

Day 1: Morning Tai Chi and educational lecture, seasonal breakfast, lunch and dinner, afternoon body work of choice and river walk meditation, evening sound healing.

Day 2: Morning Qi Gong and educational lecture, seasonal breakfast, lunch, and dinner, afternoon body work and Chinese Tea Ceremony, evening sound healing and closing meeting.
